Today, I have been given the Special Recognition Volunteering Award by the Enfield Council to recognise my humble volunteering effort for the migrant women in our local area.
It has been great to see that there are very many other volunteers besides me, supporting their community members through teaching, distributing food parcels, or contributing to the delivery of various charitable activities, which significantly improves the resilience of those who are assured that there is someone they can trust in need.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the management board of Express Tuition for nominating me for the award.
